Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons pickled onions
  • 1/2 cup pulled pork

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Ninja Woodfire Grill on high for about 10 minutes.
  • Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread. Lay them buttered side down on the hot griddle plate.
  • Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on each slice of bread. Close the grill lid and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Divide the pulled pork between the two slices of bread. Top one slice with the drained pickled red onions.
  • Close the grill lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the bottom of the bread is lightly golden brown.
  • Fold the sandwich together. Close the lid for 1-2 minutes to continue toasting. Then flip the sandwich and toast for another 1-2 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
  • Remove the sandwich from the grill. Cut in half if desired, and serve immediately. Enjoy your Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese!
