- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons pickled onions
- 1/2 cup pulled pork
Preheat the Ninja Woodfire Grill on high for about 10 minutes.
Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread. Lay them buttered side down on the hot griddle plate.
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on each slice of bread. Close the grill lid and cook for 2 minutes.
Divide the pulled pork between the two slices of bread. Top one slice with the drained pickled red onions.
Close the grill lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the bottom of the bread is lightly golden brown.
Fold the sandwich together. Close the lid for 1-2 minutes to continue toasting. Then flip the sandwich and toast for another 1-2 minutes until both sides are golden brown.
Remove the sandwich from the grill. Cut in half if desired, and serve immediately. Enjoy your Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese!
