How to make Avalanche Cookies

Making Avalanche Cookies is easy and quick. You’ll start by melting the white chocolate, then mixing it with peanut butter to create a smooth base. After that, you’ll fold in the Rice Krispies and marshmallows, which give the cookies their irresistible crunch.

To finish, scoop the mixture onto a cookie sheet, top with mini chocolate chips, and let them set in the fridge. It’s a no-bake recipe that delivers all the sweetness you crave with minimal effort.

Storage tips

Storing Avalanche Cookies is simple. Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. If you want them to last longer, you can store them in the fridge.

Just be sure to let them come to room temperature before serving for the best flavor and texture. If you have any leftovers, they freeze well too, so feel free to make a double batch!

Southern farewell

There’s something truly special about sharing a homemade treat with loved ones, and Avalanche Cookies hold a special place in my heart. Every time I make them, I’m reminded of the simple joy of Southern cooking.

I hope this recipe brings as much comfort and happiness to your table as it has to mine. Enjoy every bite!

  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
