- 8 oz round of Brie
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp pecans chopped
- 1 Rosemary sprig optional, for garnish
- 1 Crostini bruschetta, French bread, or crackers
- 1 Grapes or apple slices
Turn your oven on to 350°F (180°C) and let it heat up while you prepare the cheese.
Take the Brie out of the packaging and place it in the bottom half of the wooden box or in a small round baking dish. Use a knife to gently score the top with shallow cuts about half an inch apart.
Place the box or dish on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese is very soft and warm all the way through.
Carefully take the Brie out of the oven and move it to a serving plate, keeping it in the box if using. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of the Brie.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary if you like. Serve the Brie right away with crackers, bread slices, and fruit.
