Equipment

  • 1 Metal Whisk
  • 1 Cooking Pot
  • Silicone Baking form

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients before you begin. This will make the cooking process much smoother.
  • Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt. Once melted, stir in the sugar. Use a whisk to mix everything until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Stir in the peanut butter and continue whisking until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • If you’d like to add a little extra flavor, stir in the vanilla extract at this stage. Whisk until it's fully mixed into the fudge.
  • Pour the mixture into a lined or silicone baking sheet. Gently tap the pan on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
  • Place the pan in the fridge and let the fudge set for at least 3 hours. For best results, leave it overnight.
  • Once the fudge is firm, remove it from the pan. Cut it into small, candy-sized squares using a sharp knife. If you'd like, wrap each piece in parchment paper for easy sharing. Enjoy!
