1 Metal Whisk
1 Cooking Pot
Silicone Baking form
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla Extract
Gather all your ingredients before you begin. This will make the cooking process much smoother.
Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the butter and let it melt. Once melted, stir in the sugar. Use a whisk to mix everything until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Stir in the peanut butter and continue whisking until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
If you’d like to add a little extra flavor, stir in the vanilla extract at this stage. Whisk until it's fully mixed into the fudge.
Pour the mixture into a lined or silicone baking sheet. Gently tap the pan on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
Place the pan in the fridge and let the fudge set for at least 3 hours. For best results, leave it overnight.
Once the fudge is firm, remove it from the pan. Cut it into small, candy-sized squares using a sharp knife. If you'd like, wrap each piece in parchment paper for easy sharing. Enjoy!
